Lance P. Durban - President

Achievements include over 30 years experience in electronic component manufacturing in Haiti.

Originally from upstate New York, Lance worked in Europe and the Middle East then took an assignment in Haiti as a U.N. advisor in 1979 and stayed. Lance holds an MBA from the University of Chicago with a concentration in finance and administration and is President of Manutech Inc. 

 
 
 
Wafa AliWafa Ali - Purchasing Manager

Accomplished in a number of sectors, Wafa leads the procurement function for Manutech and is based in Miami.


She graduated with a BS degree from Cairo University, Egypt and is working on her MBA at Strayer University. Wafa has been a member of the MANUTECH family since 1997, having started as the Material Manager in Haiti. 

 
 
 
Patrick AudantPatrick Audant - Engineering

With over 21 years in the electronics industry, Patrick has considerable experience in the design and manufacture of magnetic components.


He earned an MSEE from the University of Montreal and is viewed by his peers as exceptionally talented in his field. Originally from Haiti, Patrick lives and works in Haiti and when not working for Manutech can be found making great music in a complete sound studio in his home.  He joined Manutech in 1991 and is Prototype Engineer, responsible for pre-production product definition.

 
 
 
Abner Baptiste - IT and Material Manager

Abner brings over 10 years of experience in IT to the team, and has recently added material management to his portfolio.


Abner is a graduate of Institut Universitaire Quisqueya-Amerique (INUQUA) with degree in computer science. He joined Manutech in 2008 and is focus on  computer-based solutions that help Manutech meet customer needs. the scope of Abner's reponsibilities was soon expanded to include materials management for the plant in Haiti. He also serves as project manager for special projects with Manutech subsidiary companies in the U.S. and U.K.

 
 
 
Reynante Villagracia - Industrial Engineer


An industrial engineer with a BSIE degree from Adamson University in Manila, Rey has 20 years of manufacturing experience, focused on quality, timely production, and delivery.


Originally from the Philippines, Rey has been living and working in Haiti for 15 years. He joined Manutech in 2008 and supervises production in several key departments. 

 
 
 
Bernadette Villagracia - Industrial Engineer


An industrial engineer with a BSIE degree from Far Eastern University, Manila, Bernadette worked in the electronics industry in the Philippines before moving to Haiti in 2000.


She joined Manutech in 2007 and spearheads production planing, delivery, and training of new employees. She has travelled to the United States to review new products for offshoring to our Haiti plant.
